The consultant shall provide the following services : Survey / Wetland Delineation : Provide limited A - 2 boundary and T - 2 topographic survey of improvement areas . Provide wetland delineation within 100 ' of improvement areas . See conceptual plan for improvement locations . Construction Drawings : Prepare construction drawings based on conceptual plan with all alternatives and Town regulations . Meet with the Town as needed to gain input . In general , design includes walks , access , parking lot , guard rails , retaining walls , drainage , site lighting layout and pavilion construction . All design must meet DEEP standards and will require consistent coordination with DEEP staff . Electrical Service / Lighting Design : Contract with electrical subconsultant to design modifications to existing service as needed to provide site lighting and service to proposed pavilion and incorporate into construction drawings . 4 ) Permitting : Prepare and submit plans and attend meetings as needed for the above outlined permits . 5 ) 6 ) Bid Documents : Prepare bid documents including drawings and project manual to obtain pricing . Provide options for the addition or deletion of various bid items in order to meet funding limitations . Incorporate funding requirements into bid documents . Meet with Town and funding consultant to review final documents . Bidding Services : Provide consultation during bidding , answer bidder questions anp issue addendums . Review bids , provide bid tabulation , recommend award
