Le marché est composé comme suit : Maintenance des installations techniques. Par maintenance il est entendu toutes prestations d’entretien correctif, prédictif et préventif, ainsi que le suivi et l’optimalisation des installations, garantissant le bon fonctionnement de l’Hôpital, à savoir le maintien des activités de l’Hôpital. Lieux de prestation : • Centre Hospitalier Jean Titeca – 11 Rue Luzerne, 1030 Schaerbeek • MSP 4S 7 Rue Luzerne, 1030 Schaerbeek Ainsi que les 3 immeubles suivants • Chaussée de Louvain 399 à 1030 Schaerbeek • Rue de Luzerne 22 à 1030 Schaerbeek • Rue de Luzerne 15 à 1030 Schaerbeek Durée du marché Le marché est conclu pour une durée de 4 ans à dater du lendemain de la notification du marché.. |
