Description | The HVAC systems serving the Marin Civic Center Administration Building and Hall of Justice have exceeded their industry standard useful expected service life . An assessment of the systems completed in 2023 concluded that the continued use of the existing systems in their current state could lead to further degradation and potential failures . In response , the County has elected to implement a phased approach to achieve a full replacement of the HVAC system . This project , which is Phase 2 of the overall plan , will replace the chilled water plant system components to improve cooling reliability and efficiency across the facility . Scope of work will include the replacement of the chillers , pumps , piping and cooling towers . |
