1 . Electrical ( E - sheets ) – Power , feeders , and systems serving the building Provide complete electrical work shown on E0 . 1 – E6 . 1 , including ( but not limited to ): • Electrical feeder to the modular building : furnish / install feeder from existing distribution equipment to the new building panel , including all conduit , conductors , and required pull boxes / cans . • Underground conduit systems and pull boxes for electrical and low - voltage pathways serving the building , including in - grade pull boxes and NEMA - rated pull cans as shown . • Telecom / fiber and fire alarm pathway components shown on electrical site plan sheets ( conduit runs , terminations , etc .), including conduits specifically noted for fiber and fire alarm cabling , with terminations to the concession room as indicated . • Utility coordination : coordinate work with utilities and other trades ; include trenching / backfill , conduit , pull boxes , etc . needed for utility services to indicated locations ; obtain required permits / inspections ( utility company charges are Owner - paid per the electrical specifications ). • Field verification / protection of existing utilities prior to trenching and repair of any damaged utilities at no cost to Owner , as noted on the electrical site plan . 2 . Fire Alarm ( FA - sheets ) – Extension of campus system to the new building Provide complete fire alarm work shown on FA0 . 1 – FA6 . 1 and fire alarm specifications , including ( but not limited to ): • Extend the existing addressable fire alarm system to the new modular concession building ( new devices , wiring , conduit / raceways , and required connections ), complete and operational . • Maintain campus fire alarm functionality during construction ; include required steps to decommission / coordinate the existing system as needed without degrading remaining campus fire alarm operations ( per fire alarm specifications ). • Testing , commissioning , and closeout : provide a complete tested system ready for operation , with all required documentation and coordination with AHJ / DSA inspector as applicable ( per FA specs and notes ).
