Description | The City of Hoboken is soliciting bids for Maritime Park Improvements ( Second Attempt ). The scope of work includes demolition of any remaining features within Castle Point Skate Park , Hudson River Walkway paver walkway , site amenities , lighting , curbing , fencing , as well as bulkhead and railing within the project limits . Portions of the adjacent property owned by the City may be disrupted should the alternate be awarded for the establishment of a temporary learning nursery . A new proposed poured in place concrete Skate Park will be established , along with a Castle Point Plaza area , a re - established elevated Hudson River Waterfront Walkway within the project limits will be established . Should funding be available , a temporary learning nursery will be erected within the City property limits along Frank Sinatra Drive and proposed living shoreline will be constructed adjacent to the Hudson River Waterfront Walkway . Contractor shall be aware that adjacent improvements for Frank Sinatra Drive should be anticipated to be ongoing throughout the project duration of the Maritime Park Improvements ( Second Attempt ) Project and shall bid accordingly . Note that this contract has specific requirements pertaining to the Bidder ’ s qualifications and experience . |
