Description | The City of Ferndale intends to demolish an existing restroom and storage building and construct a new concessions / service building at Martin Road Park in Ferndale , Michigan . The project includes building construction and associated site work , including but not limited to utilities , concrete , accessibility improvements , and other related improvements necessary for a fully functional facility . This project is funded in part by Michigan Department of Natural Resources ( MDNR ) SPARK , MDNR Land and Water Conservation Fund ( LWCF ), and HUD grant funds and will be bid and constructed in accordance with all applicable local , state , and federal requirements , including any grant - related compliance obligations . This project is subject to the Davis - Bacon Act and the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act . Contractors must pay prevailing wages in accordance with U . S . Department of Labor wage determinations . See more |
