Addendum 1 is issued to modify, clarify, explain or correct the original solicitation and to answer questions and is hereby made part of ITB 027LF-26F.The City of Irving is contracting for masonry and stonework that may be required during the term of this contract. Due to the nature of this work, the specific locations and types will be determined and provided to the awardee on an “as needed” basis prioritized by the Capital Improvements Program (CIP) Department in “real” time requests during the contractperiod.Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is not mandatory, but is a preferred method of receiving questions and requests for clarifications regarding this project.  Please see the Activities tab for a link to the Zoom conference information for each event.The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically.  Please all the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal.  Electronic bidding will eliminate errors and unnecessary work, and is more friendly to the environment.  Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
