Army Corps of Engineers ( USACE ), Memphis District , is conducting market research to identify parties capable of providing a new field crane for our Mat Loading Unit ( MLU ). The information from this Sources Sought will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential competitive procurement . Requirement OverviewThe contractor shall provide one ( 1 ) continuous duty cycle crane to replace the existing field crane used to load articulated concrete mat ( ACM ).
