The Defense Finance and Account Services Contract Services Directorate is seeking sources and capability statements for Material Handling Vehicle Maintenance Services . The following documents are attached : Draft Performance Work Statement ( PWS ). Contractor Capability Survey . Schedule of Items . The ideal provider will have verifiable experience and expertise in Material Handling Vehicle Maintenance Services for the Department of Defense , including : Ability to provide scheduled ( quarterly ) preventative maintenance and unscheduled maintenance and / or repair for approximately 16 vehicles , including electric pallet jacks , electric forklifts , and electric EZ - GO carts . Ability to provide technicians that : Posses a Craftsman Motor Vehicle Certification or equivalent . Posses the specialized training required to meet Occupational Safety and Health Administration ( OSHA ) standards for repairs , diagnostics , and safety of material handling vehiclesPosses , at minimum , one - year of experience with maintenance and repair of material handling vehicles .
