Description | Leistungsgegenstand ist die Belieferung der Wohnheime des Studierendenwerks München Oberbayern. Ziel ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Unternehmen. Der Leistungszeitraum beginnt am 01.01.2026 und endet am 31.12.2026. Es besteht eine 3-malige Option auf Verlängerung um je ein Jahr. Der Vertrag verlängert sich automatisch um jeweils 1 Jahr, wenn nicht spätestens 5 Monate vor Vertragsende gekündigt wurde. Nach 3-maliger möglicher Verlängerung endet das Vertragsverhältnis automatisch zum 31.12.2029 ohne dass es einer Kündigung bedarf. Der Vertrag endet, wenn die Maximalauftragssumme i.H.v. EUR 1.650.000,00 netto erreicht ist auch vor Ablauf der o.g. Frist. |
