Description | The Vendor shall provide professional refurbishment services for 829 Twin XL mattresses ( 36 " x 80 " x 8 ") for University Towers . Removal Phase : Vendor must take delivery of 829 mattresses removed from University Towers student rooms during the first week of May 2026 . Delivery Phase : Vendor must deliver the refurbished mattresses to University Towers during the last week of July 2026 . Coordination : Specific dates and times for both phases must be coordinated with the NC State University Project Manager . Substitution : If any University - owned mattresses are too damaged to be refurbished , the Vendor shall substitute a mattress with identical specifications from their own inventory at no additional cost . |
