Description | The City of Safford ( City ), Arizona hereby invites the submission of sealed Bids from properly licensed Contractors for the construction of Mayor Jason Kouts Park , located within city limits at N 32 ° 48 ’ 13 . 28 ” longitude and W 109 ° 43 ’ 3 . 37 ” latitude . The Project is expected to take 550 calendar days , and the Work includes performing or providing all labor , materials , services , and documentation necessary for construction of a new park consisting of a splash pad , walking pathways , pickleball courts , ramadas , open lawn spaces , amphitheater , playgrounds , pedestrian bridge , two ( 2 ) restroom buildings and roadway and parking lot paving . |
