Description
Description | The Saint Louis Zoo is seeking bids from qualified contractors to replace the existing , approximately 9100 square feet of roof system and associated roof accessories on the McDonnell Center River Camp building . The existing roof system has reached the end of its useful life and requires removal and replacement , along with various repairs including but not limited to : deficient sheathing , insulation , and finishes around openings . TPO roof will be installed as per attached specification . Contractor will reuse copper flashing and caps along the edges of the building when material is acceptable . All unused copper will be retained by the Saint Louis Zoo at their request . Two cutouts and installation of scuppers in the parapet wall will be installed to handle overflow events . The location of the cutouts will be coordinated between the owner and the contractor after award . See more |
