Description | TEMPORARY EQUIPMENT A . Provide temporary walks , ramps , scaffolding , shoring , bracing and other equipment required for proper progress of Work and remove same at completion of Work . ELECTRICAL SERVICES A . Contractor may use existing service at Owner ’ s expense . B . Contractor shall provide all temporary connections , cords , etc ., and shall remove same at completion of the Project . C . Any damage resulting from improper connections or overload shall be repaired at the expense of the Contractor and in a manner acceptable to the Owner . CUTTING AND PATCHING A . Cutting and Patching , General : Employ skilled workers to perform cutting and patching . Proceed with cutting and patching at the earliest feasible time , and complete without delay . 1 . Cut in - place construction to provide for installation of other components or performance of other construction , and subsequently patch as required to restore surfaces to their original condition . |
