Description | The Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources ( MDAR ) is seeking bids for appraisals of 2 properties under application to the Agricultural Preservation Restriction ( APR ) Program . The appraisals shall be prepared to USDA - NRCS Agricultural Conservation Easement Program Agricultural Land Easement ( ACEP - ALE ) appraisal specifications . For projects that have accepted offers , full perimeter surveys will be prepared prior to closing , and the appraiser may be asked to prepare either a ) a Supplemental Appraisal Report ( SAR ) to update the APR value for time and for any acreage change shown on the survey or b ) a Confirmatory Update Letter ( CAL ) confirming no decrease in the APR Value since the date of the original report . |
