In accordance with FAR Deviation 6.103-1(d), it was concluded that only one responsible source was reasonably available to provide the unique brand-name supplies and engineering services required to satisfy the Agency's specialized requirements. The contract has been officially awarded to Miller Proctor Nickolas Inc. in the total amount of $336,500.00 under Contract/Order Number 15BBR026P00000108.
