The Federal Bureau of Prisons Metropolitan Detention Center Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, 7intends to issue solicitation 15B30626Q00000003 for the procurement of its 2nd Quarter Bread for the FY-2026. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The Government reserves the right to award item by item, or in groups of items, or in aggregate, whichever is most advantageous to the Government by responsive, responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance.
