Background : The Government anticipates a follow - on requirement for landscaping services at grounds maintenance service for the Memphis Internal Revenue Service / Enterprise Computer Center Campus ( MIRSC ), located at Getwell Road , Memphis , TN 38118 , GSA Building Number TN0005ZZ (“ Campus ”), by means of aperformance - based contract . The facility consists of grounds totaling 109 acres oflawn , trees , ponds ( wet and dry ), natural areas , roads , and sidewalks . Theanticipated North American Industry Classification System ( NAICS ) code is 561730 – Landscaping Services with a size standard of $ 9 . 4 Million . Description of Services : The Contractor shall provide all supervision , administrative and technical support , equipment , labor , management , materials , personnel , subcontractors , supplies , tools , transportation ( except as expressly set forth as Government furnished ), and shall plan , schedule , coordinate and assure effective completion of all services described therein . Services will be required on a recurring basis throughout the base and option periods .
