Description | Scope of Work ( According to all attached construction documents ): Includes but is not limited to , the removal and replacement of approximately 50 +/- squares of existing low slope roof assemblies . Remove all existing roof assemblies down to the existing metal roof deck on all low slope roof sections and properly dispose of all materials and debris . Install new cold applied two - ply modified bitumen roofing system and all the associated components , per the outlined specifications . This shall include all necessary labor , materials , flashings , equipment , safety requirements , coordination , permits , and services , in accordance with any applicable building code requirements , specifications , scopes of work , details , and industry best practices . The proposed roofing system must be designed and installed in accordance with industry standards and best practices . Some of those standards include those outlined by ; NRCA , ARMA , ASTM International , ANSI / SPRI , SMACNA , FM Global , UL , and the International Building Code ( IBC ). All applicable building code and Manufacturer guidelines must be followed . |
