A . Specifications 1 . Demolition a ) Remove and dispose of protective plastic sheeting b ) Remove and dispose of existing lintel 2 . Metal Panel Installation Install approximately 2 , 500 square feet of new metal wall panels on exterior walls , in locations where brick has been removed , as per the following : a ) Metal wall panel thickness to be 24 gauge b ) Metal wall panels must be the same style of the adjacent metal wall panels being horizontal with the same color and finish i . Coordinate metal wall panel finish and color selection with White County prior to ordering c ) Install trim as appropriate , including cap flashing which tucks under roof edge metal d ) Secure metal wall panel to structure in accordance with manufacturer ’ s recommendation e ) Trim and caulk around any existing wall penetrations 3 . Finish and Cleanup Upon completion , clean up and remove all materials and debris from worksite .
