Summary Description of Work: clean-up, removal and disposal away from Authority property of (1) asbestos, asbestos-containing and asbestos-contaminated materials, (2) lead, lead-containing and lead-contaminated materials, and replacement of removed materials with approved asbestos-free and lead-free materials and related work at the Holland Tunnel, Lincoln Tunnel, George Washington Bridge, Bayonne Bridge, Goethals Bridge, Outerbridge Crossing, George Washington Bridge Bus Station, Port Authority Bus Terminal, Holland Tunnel Vent Buildings, Lincoln Tunnel Vent Buildings, Staten Island Bridges Administration Building, Holland Tunnel Administration Building, Lincoln Tunnel Administration Building, George Washington Bridge Administration Building and the vicinities thereof in New York and New Jersey, all as directed by the Engineer and in accordance with Work Order(s) issued by the Engineer.
