1 Required Item Methylene Chloride Project Sampling and analytical methods must follow EPA Occupational Exposure Limit ( OEL ) requirements for Methylene Chloride . 12 air samples with personnel to be designated by ADEM as a continuation of previous sampling . Two Area air samples as designated by ADEM . Plus two additional samples for full - shift , and two addition STEL samples as needed for class D . 2 . Eight additional area air samples to demarcate areas that OELs have been exceeded . 3 . Analysis by a laboratory accredited by the AIHA and NVLAP . 4 .
