Description

Description

Contract term 3 years estimated 1.2m spend per year. Must be able to provide the Somerset and Dorset area. Issued by: Magna Housing Ltd (“Magna”) Contract Type: Measured Term Contract Scope: Passive Fire Safety Works Objective: To maintain safe homes for Magna customers through effective fire safety measures. Magna Housing Ltd invites tenders from suitably qualified, experienced, and third-party accredited contractors to undertake Passive Fire Safety Works under a measured term contract. The appointed contractor will support Magna in delivering essential fire safety improvements across its housing stock, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and maintaining safe living environments for residents. Magna conducts Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) at intervals ranging from 1 to 3 years, depending on the assessed risk level. Risk levels are determined by dwelling type and resident profiles. Following each FRA, Magna reviews and prioritises recommendations, which form the basis of the works required under this contract. We anticipate the Year 1 budget to be approximately £1.2 million (TBC – subject to the budget setting process). The contract may include, but is not limited to, the following services: Compartmentation / Passive Fire Stopping Fire glazing Maintenance of Fire Doors Installation of Certified Fire Doors (glazed and non-glazed) For more information about this opportunity, please visit the Delta eSourcing portal at: https://www.delta-esourcing.com/tenders/UK-UK-Dorchester:-Fire-prevention-installation-works./CUK56P6Q63 To respond to this opportunity, please click here: https://www.delta-esourcing.com/respond/CUK56P6Q63
