Mill / Pave Patching for MDOT / SHA District 1

SCOPE OF WORK The main purpose of this procurement is for Patching various locations within Dorchester and Wicomico Counties by removing existing material , preparing subgrade for patching , and patching area with a minimum of 1 1 / 2 ” to a maximum of 6 ” of 9 . 5 mm for Surface , PG 64S - 22 , HDFV , Level 2 and / or 12 . 5 MM for Surface , PG 64S - 22 , Level 2 Hot Mix Asphalt to meet the grade with the existing roadway . This may include saw cutting the roadway if necessary . Crack seal all payment joints around new patch area . This is a non - exclusive Contract . It does not include all work expected to be performed in the designated areas . Therefore , at times , other Contractors may be performing similar work that is not associated with this Contract . l . Vendor shall work between the hours of 7am and 7pm , Monday through Friday . Extending these hours beyond these operating hours may be requested to the contract manager and approved if valid reasoning is presented . 2 . The duties of Contractor include , but are not limited to , the following : It is highly recommended prior to bidding for the vendor to consider all aspects of the project , including , but not limited to : Environmental and operational factors .
