The selected Contractor shall provide all labor , equipment , materials , and services necessary to complete the demolition . Required tasks include , but are not limited to : Demolition and Removal • Full demolition of the Minogin Market building and all associated structures , including the pole barn located directly behind the main building . Foundation walls , columns , floors , partitions , walls , stoops , and any other subsurface structures to the level of the demolition grade ; and filing all excavations to the existing ground elevation . • Safe removal , hauling , and disposal of all debris in compliance with WOS 2003 - 001 Solid Waste Disposal ( Attachment A ) and all applicable LTBB Environmental regulations . • Identification , handling , and disposal of hazardous materials , including the recycling of materials and appliances as required per WOS 2003 - 001 Solid Waste Disposal ( Attachment A ) • Contractor shall assume asbestos - containing materials and lead - based paint may be present and must follow all Tribal , state , and federal requirements for the handling and disposal of such materials .
