This project proposes to remove the existing facility and to construct one preengineered concrete building , a 40 - foot - tall tower and antenna . The project location is contained within a 50 ft . by 50 ft . leased property on top of a hill in an active oil field of the Shell oil company . The new 11 . 3 ft . by 14 ft . building will consist of precast concrete walls supporting a reinforced concrete slab roof founded on a 2 - foot - wide continuous strip footing . The square footing foundation for the new antenna tower is shown to be 12 . 5 ft . by 12 . 5 ft . by 5 ft . deep and the location of the new antenna tower will be within 2 ft . of the existing antenna .
