COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W9127N26QA105 Minto Fish Facility Supply Water Pump and Motor Detroit Dam Mill City, OR, 97360. U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, PORTLAND DISTRICT 7 July 2026 This solicitation is for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in the Revolutionary RFO 12.201-1 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and additional information is included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation W9127N26QA105 is for the purchase of one (1) vertical turbine pump, one (1) pump motor, and three (3) Thermistors for pump motor for Minto Fish Collection Facility at Detroit Dam, Mill City OR, 97360. The pump and motors will serve as spares for the facility in case of emergency. This requirement is being solicited on a brand name only basis. In order to ensure the operation of the facility in case of emergency, these parts MUST match the existing parts in use at the facility. Please see the attached Purchase Description for additional information. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, effective 13 MAR 2026. This solicitation is advertised as a 100% small business set aside, under NAICS Code: 333914 – Measuring, Dispensing, and Other Pumping Equipment Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. All questions related to this solicitation must be submitted in writing to John Scukanec, questions will not be responded to by phone Delivery Information: Supplies shall be delivered to Detroit Dam, 40990 Highway 22, Mill City, OR, 97360. The Government shall not be responsible for the cost of shipping to Detroit Dam. Deliveries must be made Monday-Thursday between 0700-1600. The Government shall not be responsible for the cost of shipping to Detroit Dam. Submittal Instructions Quotes shall be submitted to John Scukanec at john.r.scukanec@usace.army.mil and include the following: 1) Solicitation Number 2) Date of Submittal 3) Acknowledgement of any Amendments 4) Pricing for all CLINs, as well as the estimated delivery time for all CLINs. Refer to the "Purchase Description" in the attachment section which includes a table layout of all CLINs. 5) Relevant part drawings for each CLIN, if applicable. 6) Contractor Name, UEI Number, Cage Code FOB destination must be included in the offered price.
