Description | The contractor shall expand an existing Missouri GME program to add an accredited rural track program ( RTP ) for the Department of Health and Senior Services ( hereinafter referred to as “ state agency ”) in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency . The contractor shall expand the contractor ’ s existing Missouri residency program by establishing a new rural residency track that is accredited by ACGME as an RTP ( https :// www . acgme . org / initiatives / Rural - and - Underserved - GME / rural - tracks /) by the end of the life of the contract . The RTP shall include a complement increase and the addition of at least one new rural participating training site for an existing program of the same specialty . The program shall be sustainable long - term through viable and stable funding mechanisms , such as Medicare , Medicaid , and other public or private funding sources , not including these grants funds . |
