Description | The purpose of this solicitation is to procure one Scout Plus Device , or an approved equal for our MnDOT Office of Traffic . The unit and its accessories procured will be utilized by our MnDOT District 7 Office located at 2151 Bassett Dr , Mankato MN 56001 . MnDOT is obtaining equipment that can provide high quality video for AI turn movements , traffic counts ( with FHWA 13 - Class breakdown ) and speed data . This camera allows us to set up equipment in steeper locations that would normally require a ladder . The camera has vertical reach . This camera and its accessories will allow for collecting data in a safer manner and in more optimal locations . |
