Description | Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project involves the complete renovation of the Crawford A Hall toilet and shower facilities on all 4 floors. Current layout included 5 toilets, 3 urinals, 3 sinks, and 5 showers. The new design would be more of a private layout, with locking doors to each shower and toilet, fixture counts to be verified in design. One student room next to the existing shower area can be used to increase the square footage of the bathroom areas from 460 to 630. A custodial closet is also included in this space, and will need to be reconfigured. This design will require collaboration with MSU project management, Res-Life Staff, and student groups. Project will be required to meet MinnState design standards. The project will be constructed in 1 phase. The Owner intends to use the Design/Bid/Build delivery method for this project. |
