The 377 MSG / PKA at Kirtland Air Force Base seeks sources to provide all personnel , equipment , supplies , facilities , transportation , tools , materials , supervision , and other items and non - personal services necessary to perform reconnection of the OpenScape Voice console for MOCC telephone and radio communications system consisting of eight ( 8 ) controller positions . 377 MSG / PKA anticipates conducting a competitive acquisition or agreements for this effort . The effort is expected to result in a Firm - Fixed - Price contract . NAICS code is anticipated to be 238210 , size standard $ 19 , 000 , 000 . 2 . INSTRUCTIONS : All businesses capable of providing general automotive repair services on box trailers and generators are invited to respond electronically .
