Selected window wall demolition of existing window wall for improvements . 2 . Removing and replacing the existing elevator cab / car and associated elevator controls . 3 . New hydraulic system as required for the improvements and remote heat exchanger . 4 . Mechanical & Fire Sprinkler work . 5 . Electrical & Fire Alarm systems work . |
