Project Objectives Identify and select comprehensive cloud - based Software as a Service ( SaaS ) Enterprise Resource Planning ( ERP ) solution , specifically designed for higher education to support the administrative , operational and strategic needs of our central campus , branch campuses and health sciences . Specific objectives include : x Modernize administrative and academic systems and operations for the central campus , branch campuses and health sciences . x Improve data accuracy , accessibility , and reporting . x On time and on budget delivery of a secure , scalable , accessible , flexible , and easily configurable SaaS ERP solution with an intuitive and easy to use user experience and efficient , effective , flexible and configurable workflow automation . x Support student success and lifecycle management . x Standardize business processes with configurable best practices while accommodating higher - ed nuances ( e . g ., grants management , auxiliaries , fund accounting ). x Enable effective data governance , analytics , AI insights , and self - service reporting . x Integrate advanced and emerging artificial intelligence capabilities to transform institutional operations , proactively support students , improve service delivery , and enable data - driven decision making across the enterprise . x Reduce system complexity and aging legacy system risk . x Improve security posture and regulatory compliance . x Support system interoperability with standardized integration ( e . g . SIS , LMS , IDMS / SSO , data warehousing and reporting , institutional operations , research administration , facilities , work order , auxiliary services management , sales and marketing , and other third - party services ). 4 . Scope of Work ( Functional Domains ) Please provide a comprehensive response to demonstrate the proposed solution ’ s ability to meet these capabilities , including relevant documentation , narratives , process flow diagrams , videos etc . In addition , Suppliers must complete the related sections in Appendix A – Capabilities Matrix ( Supplier Response ) Note : The intent is to proceed initially with all domains except Student Information System ( SIS ) Administration . A final decision regarding SIS Administration will be made in a subsequent phase . However , suppliers are required to have a single service provider for SIS and provide both a cost quote and an estimated timeframe extension to support that future decision . For proposal submission and evaluation purposes , Student Information System ( SIS ) Administration shall be included in scope .
