Description | The selected contractor shall provide a comprehensive , turnkey solution for three modular facilities , including leasing , delivery , installation , utility connections , and final commissioning . The Town ’ s expectation is that the contractor will manage all aspects necessary to deliver fully functional , ready - to - occupy facilities . 3 . 1 Modular Facility Requirements Facility 1 – Police Department Offices This facility shall provide a professional and secure working environment suitable for law enforcement operations . At a minimum , the facility must include : Private offices and / or administrative workspace o 9 Offices & a common room Secure areas for sensitive materials ( as applicable ) ADA - compliant restroom facilities Heating , ventilation , and air conditioning ( HVAC ) Electrical and data infrastructure capable of supporting modern operations o Including an electrical service board ( 400 Amps for regular use ) & 400 Amp emergency backup generator connection and transfer switch . |
