Description | Contractor shall be solely responsible for total MOKKITS OS performance , including all management , labor , equipment , materials , tools , vehicles , and supplies not provided GFE / CFE . The contractor shall provide qualified personnel to load / unload pods , transport pods / prepare for shipment , process pre / post mission data , ensure live monitor system capability is operational , and operate aircrew debriefing equipment at locations in Tables 1 / 1a and Appendix 6 . Sustainment and maintenance of the AN / ASQ - T34 / T503 pods , Surface Instrumented Sub - system ( SIS ), and Real Time Server ( RTS ) is the responsibility of the MSC . MOKKITS supports air combat training by aircraft assigned to Pacific Air Forces ( PACAF ), United States Air Force ( USAF ) aircraft within PACAF ’ s area of operations , aircraft from other components of the armed forces of the United States , and Allied aircraft . Air combat training requirements are derived from unit or component proficiency requirements or in a single - service , joint , bilateral or combined forces exercise . |
