1 . Software & Services . Contractor shall provide the following software support and perform the following services , on an as needed basis , and as requested by the City listed as the primary contact pursuant to the following requirements , and if applicable , the related task order . Such software and services will vary in nature and may include , but shall not be limited to , the following ( the “ Software ” and the “ Services ”): a . SCADA Data Services – Perform application data services to support control systems related work on GIS , EMS , DMS , OMS , ADMS or SCADA to update relevant databases , interfaces , functions , and associated displays as needed . Services include , but are not limited to : i . Perform electric SCADA database updates , exports , or imports using CIM or other standard formats ; ii . Perform electric distribution / transmission circuit and SCADA imports and related data updates for data model and power / hydraulic flow calculations ; iii . Provide subject matter expertise and data services related to SCADA advanced applications such as unbalanced load flow , distribution state estimation , DERMs , FLISR , VVO , Forecasting , Operation Training Simulator , Loadshed , etc .; iv . Perform electric display updates ; v . Create ad - hoc reports using multiple data sets / applications ; vi . Create business process flows , procedures , and test scripts to be used for data validation ; vii . Create or utilize scripts to inspect , verify , parse , analyze or report on SCADA export or import data ; viii . Work with SCADA engineers and Remote System Specialists to verify SCADA data operational accuracy ; ix . Support SCADA advanced applications such as transmission network applications ( TNA ), state estimator , real - time contingency analysis , study - mode simulations , volt - var optimization , fault location , fault location isolation and service restoration , and switching order management ; and x . Support troubleshooting and creation of additional openCalc custom calculations as needed xi . Support electric remote SCADA systems such RSMS , RTU databases , RTAC , configuration in back office ( no field work ). xii . Support communication updates and troubleshooting of communications using both OpenFEP , OpenICCP and VRTU xiii . Trouble shoot and support MongoDB xiv . Troubleshoot and support Python custom coding b . Software and Support Services – Provide control systems and software service support to develop efficiencies , process enhancements or other software customizations as needed . Enhance current software to increase effectiveness between SCADA systems , field devices and enterprise application such as OMS , GIS , MDS , SCADA , Reporting software , EMS , ADMS , or SAP . Services include , but are not limited to : i . Provide consultation and / or project coordination duties related to germane systems and processes ; ii . Provide expert training relating to any system or process to systems mentioned in the SOW ; iii . Provide subject matter expertise and support services related to SCADA advanced applications such as unbalanced load flow , distribution state estimation , DERMs , FLISR , VVO , Forecasting , Operation Training Simulator , Loadshed , OpenNet , OpenOTS , OpenDDC , OpenEA , and OpenAGC etc .; iv . GIS and SCADA data structure design and validations ; v . GIS to SCADA data mapping ; vi . Interface design , documentation and development ; vii . GIS and SCADA report development ;
