This Sources Sought ( SS ) is issued solely for market research purposes to determine potential sources . This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal ( RFP ), Request for Quotation ( RFQ ), or Invitation for Bid ( IFB ) and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue an order or otherwise pay for the information solicited , nor is it a guarantee of a forthcoming solicitation or contract . No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement . This is a Non - Appropriated Fund ( NAF ) procurement and is not subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation ( FAR ). However , in accordance with Department of the Air Force Manual ( DAFMAN ) 64 - 119 , the Contracting Officer may use FAR guidance at their discretion . Moody AFB is seeking for capable vendors for a small construction project . The original concrete coating on a building breezeway has been ground off and removed . This requirement would consist of concrete surface preparation , including mechanical grinding and repair of cracks and spalls , followed by the application of a commercial - grade chip coating system . The estimated square footage is 550 sq ft , including one stairwell and 7 additional entry steps . This work is inside a breezeway on the first and second floor of the building .
