The Naval Air Warfare Center , Weapons Division , China Lake , CA , in accordance with FAR 6 . 302 - 1 ,  intends to procure , on an other than full and open competition basis a Firm Fixed Price ( FFP )  Commercial contract with Vicon Motion Systems Inc , 12650 E Arapahoe Rd Ste 200 , Centennial , CO 801122 for   the acquisition of a motion capture system upgrade . 56 Vicon Valkyrie VK 16 Cameras2 Lock Lab control boxes2 Vicon Active Wands ( IR Only , dual - sided ) 28 Vicon Valkyrie Camera Cables - 50 m28 Vicon Valkyrie Camera Cables2 Vicon Trackers1 Vicon System Warranty3 On - Site Install , Setup and Training6 On - Site Install , Setup and Training 9 ( tear down at original location and re - install Vantage at secondary location and install T - series at 3rd location ) 1 Advanced PC1 Vision Installation KitThis notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals ; however , any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement   identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than ten business days after the date of   publication of this notice , which shall be considered by the agency . The written response shall reference solicitation number   N68936 - 26 - RFPREQ - D00000 - 0064   and provide a capability statement that clearly   indicates   the firm ’ s experience , assets , background , and   ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality , accuracy , reliability , and schedule . The Government will consider all information received via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer by   11 March   2026 at 4 : 00 PM PST . A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to   this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government . A Cyber Maturity Model Certification ( CMMC ) Level 1 ( FCI , Self ) is anticipated for this requirement .
