Description | The City of Laconia Public Works Department is requesting sealed competitive bids to provide portable toilets for Laconia Motorcycle Week . SCOPE OF WORK • Delivery Date : June 11 , 2026 ( no later than 2 : 00 PM ) • Pickup Date : June 22 , 2026 • Quantity Required : – 30 to 40 standard portable toilets - 4 to 6 handicap - accessible units • Location : Units will be strategically placed throughout the Weirs Beach area . • Maintenance : Units must be delivered , serviced , and maintained in accordance with the specifications outlined in the attached bid sheet The City of Laconia reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or any part thereof to waive any formality in the bidding process , and to accept the bid considered to be in the best interest of the City . Failure to submit all information called for herein may be sufficient grounds for disqualification . The city reserves the right to cancel this bid request at any time for any reason . |
