Horry County Maintenance Department ( HCMD ) intends to Demo / Patch / Repave the driveway apron located at Mt Vernon Fire Station 17 . Location : 2865 Hwy 348 , Loris , SC 29569The Contractor should consider the following information in preparing their quote . The apron must be saw cut , and demolished . All spoils are to be taken off - site to be disposed of properlyFull Depth Patching where neededEnsure that all subgrades are compactedThe Contractor is responsible for obtaining all field measurements prior to preparing the quote . The buildings will remain open throughout the Performance of the project . The Contractor shall provide controls for access and egress . HCMD will require 48 hours ’ notice prior to start of workThe Contractor shall be responsible for : Obtaining all state , county and municipal permits required to complete the project . Locating existing utilities prior to starting work . Repairing damage to existing utilities ; or structures due to construction process including : BuildingsLandscapingSidewalksCurbingPavementIrrigation , etc . The contractor shall remove all excess material accumulated due to construction , i . e . ExcavationTreesBushesDebris , etc . All work shall be coordinated through HCMD . A one ( 1 ) year warranty is required on all material and workmanship in this proposal . Vernon Fire Station 17 : Full depth patching where required , Demo – repaving of existing apron .
