Description
Description | The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD, intends to negotiate and award a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Task Order for interim readiness and sustaining, logistics, and engineering support for the MQ-25A productionized representative Engineering Demonstration Model (EDM), System Demonstration Test Article (SDTA), SDTA+, and Low- Rate Initial Production (LRIP) air vehicles under the MQ-25A Program. The proposed contract action(s) identified above are those for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(l) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this synopsis. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract actions based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses shall be made in writing by E-Mail to the Points of Contact identified in this notice. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities are encouraged to contact Boeing directly via Brad Westerfeld, at bradley.r.westerfeld@boeing.com. |
