Description | A . Administer the HIP program in full compliance with federal and state requirements . B . Manages day - to - day operations , including outreach , application intake , and income eligibility verification . C . Conduct Tier II Site Specific Environmental Review for each assisted property . D . Performs housing inspections , develop scopes of work , and prepare cost estimates , including compliance with lead - based paint regulations . E . Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and contractors . F . Manage procurement and bidding processes in compliance with 2 CFR Part 200 , including labor standards monitoring . G . Conduct site inspections and approve invoices for payment . H . Coordinate with local building inspectors for follow - up inspections . I . Assist the Berrien County Land Bank Authority during MSHDA monitoring visits and program closeout . |
