Description | A . At Tygart Valley Regional Jail and Correctional Facility , there is an open concrete structure tank with an existing auger monster system . The open concrete structure was installed about 2004 . The existing auger monster system and muffin monster are located in the open concrete pit . The control panel is located above ground and is under a canopy . B . The control panel is still original and WILL NOT be replaced in this contract . The auger monster has been replaced in 2024 and WILL NOT be replaced in this contract . The muffin monster was replaced prior to 2024 and will be replaced in this contract C . The existing auger monster includes the AMA - 1800 - 285 auger , 45 - degree inclination , 304 stainless steel trough and casings , 6 mm perforated screen , 6 , 500 mm transport segment , bottom discharge nominal 12 inch diameter alloy - steel spiral with nylon brush , 160 : 1 speed reducer , 2 horsepower TEXP 208 - volt / 3 - phase / 60 hertz electric motor , stainless steel spray wash with manual ball valve solenoid . The exterior of the auger monster has a winter pack and is wrapped with heat tape . |
