Description | The selected A / E firm shall provide comprehensive services , including but not limited to : 3 . 1 Pre - Design & Validation • Confirming and refining the program of spaces • Conducting site verification , utility coordination , geotechnical investigation , surveying • Developing a sustainability and LEED Gold strategy • Establishing the refined MACC with NMSU 3 . 2 Architectural Design Services Including : • Programming and conceptual design • Massing and site planning consistent with Site 2 • Schematic design , design development , and construction documents • Material , interior finish , casework , FF & E layout , signage , and wayfinding • Integration of NMSU architectural standards and design traditions 3 . 3 Engineering Services Including all necessary disciplines : • Structural , civil , mechanical , electrical , plumbing • Low voltage , AV , data , wireless , and digital infrastructure • VR / AR / AI lab technical requirements and environmental performance • Energy modeling and building systems optimization • Site utilities , stormwater , grading , and pedestrian circulation 3 . 4 Technology Integration • TEAL classroom standards • Hybrid instruction platforms • VR / AR / AI lab equipment support • High - performance WiFi and CampusIQ compatibility • Niagara Controls compatibility and integration • Data center adjacency , cooling loads , and redundancy 3 . 5 Sustainability • LEED Gold target design • Life cycle cost analysis • Sustainable materials and energy - efficient systems ... |
