Description | Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of a Multi model plate reader with temperature control from Tecan Spark as a sole source because of the contractor being the only provider able to meet critical parameters or timeframes to support the research and / or business needs of the university . Tecan Spark meets the critical specifications and timeframes that allows OSU to employ early life phenomics to improve the efficacy with desirable traits detected at oyster farms , listed below : • Product must have a plate reader capable of absorbance , fluorescence , and luminescence detection modes for 1 1536 well plates . • Products must include temperature control to both cool (< 25 Celsius , RT ) and heat ( i . e . up to 42 Celsius ). • Must contain an integrated imaging component for live cell screening . • Product delivery , before Spring 2026 . |
