The project includes all necessary equipment , refrigerant piping , control / signal wiring , condensate drainage systems ; electrical upgrades including wiring and circuit installation , to support the new heat pumps ; roofing modifications ; and architectural finish repairs and alterations ; perform Testing and Commissioning . Owner will separately procure associated building automation controls . |
