The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work . It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract . 1 . The project will include Roof Replacements at the Plant Operations Building , Training Barn , A House , B House , B Annex , C House , D House and HR Building . 2 . Remove the existing asphalt shingles and install new asphalt shingles at the HR Building . Remove the existing asphalt shingles and install Synthetic Slate tiles on the Plant Operations Building , A House , B House , B Annex , C House and D House . 4 . Install new gutters , fascia and flat seam metal panels where indicated on the project drawings . 5 . Install new blown fiberglass insulation in the attic space . 6 . Install new attic access door |
