Description | A registered architect licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Architects shall provide these services . These services are for municipal building improvements . When directed , the Architect shall provide complete architectural services encompassing bid documents , plans and specifications . His / her consultants shall include mechanical and structural engineers , and a site engineer for requirements . Additional responsibilities would be appearances before the planning and zoning review boards . The architect shall be responsible for complete coordination of all disciplines , as applicable to the Township infrastructure , both new and existing . The architect shall also coordinate all work pertaining to a project with the various utility companies and governmental agencies . The architect ’ s services shall also include construction observation and / or construction management on any municipal project . |
