riginal Contract requirements apply for this Section in addition to the following : EGLE is seeking a Contractor to assist in determining reserve amounts for current open Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund claims and for future claims that will be subject to pending legislative changes , which affect deductible amounts and the ability to have multiple claims at a single facility . REQUIREMENTS Provide services as required by the Tier - Two SOW issued by any State agency or MiDEAL member to develop project work plans , consult with all stakeholders , provide performance metrics , provide recommendations for improvements for projects , and identify , assess , and prioritize risks to projects . While each SOW will contain unique service levels and requirements , general deliverables may include but are not limited to . The State agency or MiDEAL members will issue each Tier - Two SOW to all prequalified Contractors , either through SIGMA Vendor Self - Service ( VSS ) [ SOM ] or other approved methods [ MiDEAL ]. The Tier - Two SOW will identify specific deliverables , period of performance not to exceed the time allowed on this base Contract , identification of specific responses required , work evaluation and payment criteria that apply to that SOW . The State agency or MiDEAL members issuing the Tier - Two SOW request and Contractors responding to the Tier - Two SOW must follow this process : The State agency or MiDEAL member will issue a SOW to all prequalified Contractors with a timeline including due dates for questions , responses , award , and performance period .
