The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department Groton Office, Groton, CT intends to award a Sole Source Purchase Order to Yale University (YCGA) Center for Genome Analysis (YCGA) for RNA-Seq and Gene Expression Analysis Services. The estimated Period of Performance is (5) Days ADC to 30 June 2026. This acquisition purchase will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13 and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 13 February 2026. This notice is not a request for proposals or quotations. However, any challenges to this sole source must be received in writing and sent to sharon.j.dexter.civ@us.navy.mil to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to compete this requirement. Challenges must include information sufficient to enable the Government to decide that an equivalent service exists that would meet the Governments needs as stated herein. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
